Gold Squad – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Gold Squad website (www.gold-squad.com) and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Services

Gold Squad provides private senior care services, including flexible caregiving hours, government-subsidized care programs (CES), and respite services. All services are subject to availability, eligibility requirements, and signed service agreements.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for seniors and their families in Canada. Users must be at least 18 years old to contract with Gold Squad on behalf of themselves or a family member.

4. Payment & Billing

Service fees are outlined in each program’s term sheet and agreed upon in writing before services commence.

Payments must be made in accordance with your agreement. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Care sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Failure to provide notice may result in forfeited service time or fees.

6. Conduct & Responsibilities

Clients and their families are expected to:

Treat Gold Squad caregivers with respect and dignity.

Provide a safe working environment in the home.

Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gold Squad is committed to high standards of care, but we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are owned by Gold Squad and may not be copied or reused without written consent.

9. Third-Party Links

The website may contain links to third-party resources. Gold Squad is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada.
